While we strive for perfection in every blade, dress, and accessory we ship, we understand that sometimes returns or exchanges may be necessary.
Our Return Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order, provided the items meet the following conditions:
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags attached
- Original packaging must be intact (especially important for blades and technical equipment)
- A copy of your order confirmation or receipt must be included
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the highest standards of safety and hygiene for our skating community, the following items cannot be returned:
- Blade Blankies & Blade Buddies (due to hygiene reasons)
- Bunga Pads (personal protective equipment)
- Critter Covers (personalized items)
- Any clearance items marked as “final sale”
Note: Custom orders from our Brad Griffies Designs collection are made-to-order and cannot be returned unless defective.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these steps to process your return or exchange:
- Contact our team within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your request
- Complete the Return Request Form (template provided below)
- Wait for approval – we’ll respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions
- Package your items securely using the original packaging if possible
- Ship your return to our California facility (address will be provided in approval email)

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned items:
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after receipt
- Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
- Timeline:
- Credit card refunds: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
- PayPal refunds: 3-5 business days
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
Exchange Process
For size exchanges or product swaps:
- Follow the standard return process
- Clearly indicate your desired exchange item in your request
- We’ll ship your new item once the return is received and approved
- Exchange shipping is free for customers in eligible regions
International Returns
For our global customers (excluding some Asian and remote regions):
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees
- We cannot refund original customs/duties paid
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item (such as blades with manufacturing flaws or dresses with stitching issues):
- Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage
- We’ll arrange for a prepaid return label if applicable
- Expect expedited processing for these cases
