At IceEdge Sales Store, we combine the elegance of figure skating with precision in every transaction. Our shipping and returns policies are designed with the same attention to detail that competitive skaters bring to their performances.

Shipping Information

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. Some Asian and remote regions may have extended delivery times or may not be serviceable.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide (excluding some Asian and remote regions). International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order, provided items meet the following conditions:

• Items must be unused, in original condition with all tags attached
• Original packaging must be intact (especially important for blades and technical equipment)
• A copy of your order confirmation must be included

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

• Blade Blankies & Blade Buddies
• Bunga Pads
• Critter Covers
• Any clearance items marked as “final sale”
• Custom orders from our Brad Griffies Designs collection (unless defective)

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

1. Contact our team within 15 days at [email protected] with your request
2. Complete the Return Request Form (template provided below)
3. Wait for approval – we’ll respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions
4. Package items securely using original packaging when possible
5. Ship your return to our California facility (address provided in approval email)

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned items:

• Processing Time: 3-5 business days after receipt
• Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
• Timeline:
  – Credit card refunds: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
  – PayPal refunds: 3-5 business days

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.

Exchange Process

For size exchanges or product swaps:

• Follow the standard return process
• Clearly indicate your desired exchange item in your request
• We’ll ship your new item once the return is received and approved
• Exchange shipping is free for customers in eligible regions

International Returns

For our global customers:

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
• Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees
• We cannot refund original customs/duties paid

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item (such as blades with manufacturing flaws or dresses with stitching issues):

• Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage
• We’ll arrange for a prepaid return label if applicable
• Expect expedited processing for these cases
