Clearance items marked “final sale” have limited stock. Custom orders require special production time.

We ship worldwide except certain restricted areas. Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing.

5. Returns and Exchanges

5.1 Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery if items are:

• Unused and in original condition with tags attached
• In original packaging (especially important for blades)
• Accompanied by order confirmation

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Blade Blankies & Blade Buddies
• Bunga Pads and Critter Covers
• Clearance “final sale” items
• Custom Brad Griffies Designs (unless defective)

5.3 Refund Process

Refunds are issued within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect returns. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Customer Responsibilities

You must provide accurate shipping and payment information. We’re not responsible for delays due to incorrect addresses.

6.2 Product Use

Technical equipment should be used as intended by trained figure skaters. We’re not liable for improper use.

6.3 International Compliance

International customers must comply with their country’s import regulations and pay any applicable duties.

7. Liability Limitations

IceEdge Sales Store is not liable for:

• Customs delays or import restrictions
• Minor color variations from product images
• Consequential damages from product use
• Events beyond our reasonable control (natural disasters, etc.)

Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
